Head of School
(year one)

About the cohort

The Head of School Year One Cohort exists to encourage, equip, and support classical Christian school Heads, through training, collaboration, discussion, and friendship. Each monthly session will include content addressing a key topic and open discussion time for issues and challenges.  Cohort members will have the opportunity to participate in weekly office hours (a scheduled time for any cohort member to join a zoom call with Keith Nix).  They will also have access to a mentor in between monthly virtual meetings when special needs/issues arise.  The cohort requires 1-2 hours of monthly homework in between meetings (readings, video, etc.)

Meeting Date and Time: This cohort will begin mid-September. The day of the week is TBD based on enrollment. It will meet on a weekday afternoon from 3:30- 5pm EST.

Joining a cohort

In order to keep group sizes small, and maximize effectiveness, groups are limited in size (typically 10-12) and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are asked to commit to the work and engagement involved.
Due to the limited size, some individuals will be waitlisted until there are enough applicants to form a new group. Also, a minimum of six participants are needed for each group to make.
