Each month cohort members will attend a 90-minute virtual meeting that will include:

  • Presentation of a key topic per month followed by facilitated discussion
  • Open dialogue to discuss recent challenges, insights, and victories
  • Resources, shared documents, and training material
  • Time for fellowship to encourage one another in our good work

Prior to each meeting, required reading will be assigned so that each member is ready to contribute to discussions. After each meeting next actions will be recommended to help members bring application of our discussions into their workplace.

Members will have access to their cohort leader, Eric Cook, as a coach/mentor as needed throughout the month. Eric is best reached via email at ecook@covenantfw.org but can also be reached by phone at (817) 832-0305.
