Description

Alpine Christian School is hiring for a full-time Executive Director to manage and administer the school in line with the stated philosophy and goals.  The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the school and reports to the Board of Directors.  Scope of work includes: communicating with faculty, staff, parents, and community on a daily basis; manage calendar events and fundraisers; maintain accountability on campus; manage risk and security on campus; provide disciplinary actions of personnel and students; administer guidance and leadership for teachers and staff with standards of ministry, discipleship, and education; oversee financial management of income and expenses and prepare annual budgets; research and apply for grants; manage facility maintenance and execution of capital improvements; implement and manage policies and procedures with teachers, staff, and parents; coordinate and collaborate with Board of Directors on monthly meetings and updates; manage weekly staff meetings and encourage staff development; coordinate annual evaluations of teachers and staff; and maintain the highest standards of personal, spiritual, ethical, and professional conduct at all times.
