We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial leader to serve as our Founding Head of School. This role is an opportunity to build a school from the ground up, overseeing academics, enrollment, operations, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with classical education, an aptitude for organizational leadership, and the ability to recruit and retain top-tier faculty while cultivating a mission-aligned school culture.

The Founding Head of School will be responsible for securing a school facility, hiring faculty, developing operational infrastructure, and executing a strategic enrollment plan to establish a flourishing academic institution. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
