Bayshore Christian School is located on Mobile Bay in beautiful Fairhope, Alabama which is just 40 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.  Bayshore Christian School is accredited by the Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS) and we are completely committed to a Classical Christian education for our students. Our school currently has an enrollment of 510 students in grades PK-12. The Head of School reports to the Board of Directors of Bayshore Christian School. 

Our Head of School will have a love for the LORD; a deep desire to mentor, motivate, inspire and lead teachers, principals and staff; and will love our students and parents.

We are looking for a Head of School (HOS) who is a servant leader with both teaching and leadership experience.  Our HOS will have empathy, compassion and discernment in all situations as well as, a passion and love for classical Christian education and a commitment to a Biblical worldview.
