The Covenant School is seeking an Upper School U.S. History long-term substitute for the 2022-23 school year. All candidates should have demonstrable Christian commitment and an educational philosophy that is consistent with The Covenant School's  mission statement and Christian Liberal Arts & Sciences pedagogy. Candidates must have hte ability to inspire students' love of learning and critical thinking, an enthusiasm for professional growth and academic excellence, and an eagerness to share their Christian faith authentically in the context of their teaching. This position will teach a U.S. History course for several weeks at the beginning of the school year. It is a temporary position ending in late September or early October. Qualified candidates will have a degree in History or a related field. Previous experience teaching high school is desired.
