Oak Hill Classical School seeks a Lower School Head to lead students, parents, and faculty in grades K-5.

Oak Hill's mission is to provide an education that cultivates wisdom, joyful learning, and love for God and others. The Lower School Head will champion this mission and ensure that the school's vision and mission drive every aspect of Lower School life. The Lower School Head should also be able to embody and articulate classical Christian education to current and prospective families.

Key responsibilities include community leadership--faculty mentoring, student discipleship, parent education--for grades K-5. The Lower School Head will also serve on the leadership team. Administrative experience in a classical school environment is desirable, and a Master's degree in an academic area is preferred.

Founded in 2006 by families in Gwinnett County, Georgia, Oak Hill began with 27 students in a leased facility. The school graduated its first class in 2017 and today offers grades K-10 in a standalone facility of our own. The school has a multi-phase plan to develop a neighborhood school nearby to serve as many as 550 students.

Interested applicants should submit cover letter, current resume, and list of references via email to Headmaster James Cain at james.cain@oakhillclassical.org.
