Description
The Lower School Receptionist plays a vital role in public relations and hospitality at the Lower School. This person, located centrally in the main hall of the school and in front of the front doors, greets guests and performs task related to attendance, substitutes, field trips, and various other clerical tasks. This person purchases all supplies/equipment approved by the Head of Lower and keeps accurate records of Lower School's purchases for the Business Office.

Requirements
Qualified candidates will have: a commitment to Covenant's Christian principles; experience working with children; a genuine caring attitude toward students; the ability to communicate clearly and establish effective, working relationships with children, parents, teachers, and staff; and the ability to be flexible and multitask duties on a daily basis. College degree or job-related experience is preferred.
