The following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (degrees in other fields will be considered);
• Adherence to the Academy’s doctrinal statement;
• Commitment to classical education and the Socratic Method
• Comfort teaching a variety of levels through and including Algebra I

The following qualifications are preferred:

• Prior experience, particularly with Singapore Math
• Master’s degree
• Familiarity with Pre-AP and AP curricula and standards
• Athletic or coaching experience
