APⒸ Calculus Teacher Job Description

Trinity Christian School offers Calculus at the Advanced Placement level allowing students the opportunity to earn APⒸ credits and transfer them into the college of their choosing.  The teacher for this class must possess a thorough understanding of all the material presented on the APⒸ exam in order to properly prepare students.

APⒸ Calculus is taught every day, Monday through Friday, for a 42 minute period.  The APⒸ Calculus exam takes place in early May on the date of the College Board’s choosing.  Students at TCS will take the exam at the school; the APⒸ Calculus teacher will NOT proctor the APⒸ Calculus exam.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Understanding of all material presented on the APⒸ Calculus exam
