The Covenant School is Jesus centered, family focused, relationally united, and classically minded. As a University-Model® school, our Dialectic and Rhetoric students (6th-12th grade) meet on campus on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The mission of our school is to partner with parents in the education and spiritual formation of their children by providing a classical education taught from a Biblical worldview.

General Job Description:

At The Covenant School, we believe that the purpose of education is the holistic formation of students into the Imago Dei. Student activities serve as powerful tools in this formation process, shaping the hearts, minds, and bodies of young men and women.

We are seeking a passionate and relational leader who is committed to fostering strong connections with students and parents while using extracurricular activities to cultivate character, teamwork, and growth.

This position can be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on if the Student Life Coordinator is able to add on additional responsibilities such as teaching or overseeing Athletics.

The Student Life Coordinator will work closely with the Head of School and Director of Operations to oversee:

  • After-school activities for Grammar students
  • Student trips for Dialectic and Rhetoric students
  • Student Council
  • Volunteer service hour coordination
  • Special events (Field Day, Grandparents Day, etc…)

We are also hopeful to develop a House System for the school and would like for the Student Life Coordinator to oversee this new project.

We are looking for a relational leader who is detail-oriented and aligns with the values of the school. If you are passionate about students and spiritual formation, we invite you to apply.

Required qualifications:

  • A highly personable professional with exceptional attention to detail.
  • College degree
  • Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (days on campus), and some availability on Wednesdays and/or Fridays.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience with a non-profit organization
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
