Founders Classical Academies and the Founders Teacher Initiative training and placement program

Teacher Certification and an Education Degree is not Required The Founders Teacher Initiative (FTI) recruits, trains and places individuals interested in teaching.

The candidates will be placed at a Founders Classical Academy school in Texas or Arkansas. The next cohort of teachers will be trained in the summer of 2023, but our recruiting efforts begin now. We are still seeking candidates with degrees with majors in specific areas such as Classics, Liberal Arts, Latin, Literature, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, and Science (e.g. Biology, Chemistry and Physics).

Teacher certification, and an education degree or experience is not required; a minimum requirement entrance into our initiative is a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university.
