Candidates must possess, at minimum, a master’s degree in education or a related field, and preferably have experience in educational leadership. Candidates with teaching or administrative experience in classical Christian education is preferred. Candidates must have a strong witness for Christ, a strong understanding of biblical discipleship, and be actively engaged in a local church.
