We invite candidates to explore the beauty, richness, and unique setting of Savannah, GA. It is, at once, a charming, classic Southern town and a thriving, historic downtown college district and art scene with a sleepy beach community 30 minutes away. The distinct 1887 stucco Moorish-Revival style of Habersham Hall, which houses our 8th-12th grades, sits in the Landmark Historic District of Savannah. In addition to indoor classrooms, students enjoy outdoor classes in the courtyard or neighboring grassy knoll (old dueling grounds). Faculty often host students at neighboring city squares or coffee shops for class discussion and speeches, or in the spacious old courtyard. Rhetoric Roundtables (evening discussion) for Upper School faculty members are often held at the 1790 Pub, a short walk through the adjacent historic Colonial Cemetery. Experience the unique collegial life of Habersham Hall faculty.
