ABSTRACT:

As a the leadership of a school goes, so goes the school. We might also say that as the leadership team of a school goes, so goes the school. In this seminar we will discuss the importance of building a unified, well-deployed team of people who compliment, encourage and inspire one another as a leadership team. In particular, we will discuss the ways in which the head of school should invest in those on the leadership team so that they are served, encouraged, empowered and highly effective.
