Specialized and intensive training in Biblical faith, American history, the Constitution, limited government, and American Exceptionalism.

Bachelor of the Arts in History. Double Minor in Humanities and Political Science @ Brigham Young University Idaho
Sep 2015 — Jul 2019

History Major:
A major in history prepares students with a solid understanding and interest in U.S. and World History, as well as a sense of the complexities of human experience. Students will often conduct research, communicate publicly, and participate in small teams. Students are able to experience research on a university level and discuss history on a general, political, social and moral level.
Humanities Minor:
The Humanities program is designed in the spirit of the ancient and proven curriculum of the liberal arts. The liberal arts are literally those arts appropriately exercised by a free people for their own sakes: learning that has as its end, a well-trained mind, a virtuous character, and a spiritual and intellectual life rich in concepts and symbols. The liberal arts, more than any other curriculum, develop students’ abilities to understand, interpret, and evaluate complex texts, to articulate clearly their own thinking, to make effective judgments, and to solve problems.
Political Science, American Government Emphasis:
The American Government emphasis is available to students who wish to concentrate on the American political process. This includes the study of national politics including the three branches of government, state and local political institutions, public opinion, and voting behavior.
