I have a PhD in early medieval church history, and I am seeking employment as a K-12 teacher in a classical/Christian school. My calling is to foster a biblical and classical Christian worldview in children. My strengths and interests are in history, English literature, Bible/theology and languages (Latin, Hebrew, Greek and French).
I was born in the United States to a family of Bible translators from India and grew up in both America and India. In India I attended a historic missionary boarding school, where I discovered my love of history, Christian missions, theology and education.

Developed the church's Christian Education Department and oversaw children's, youth and adult ministries. | I was responsible for developing a vision for the department in conversation with the senior pastor and my fellow ministry directors. | Within the department, my duties involved teaching adults, giving guidance to junior pastoral staff, approving budgets and curriculum for the department, as well as developing some original teaching materials.
This role involved assisting the program coordinator in training of tutors and overall development of the program, communicating with families, scheduling and maintaining supplies and equipment.
