    Exhibit Guidelines BOOTH ASSIGNMENT SCL assigns vendor booths on a first-come/first-serve order based upon receipt of your application, accompanying payment, and acceptance of the application by SCL. SCL reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor application for any reason. Vendors who have not paid for their booth in full will not be allowed to exhibit. One organization per vendor booth. Vendors may not share booth space. Vendors must have at least one representative present at their booth at all times during working hours of the conference. BOOTH DISPLAY & SOUND PROJECTION Vendor displays must not obstruct any walkways, doors, bathrooms, etc. Use of tape, staples and string to adhere signage/displays/posters, etc. to InterContinental Dallas Hotel property is prohibited. SCL reserves the right to require vendors to remove any sign, literature, etc., that SCL feels does not conform to the morals, tone or attitude of the SCL 2017 Annual Conference. Any infringement upon this restriction may result in a vendor’s removal from the SCL 2017 Annual Conference. Exhibitors using sound equipment are to make sure that the sound does not disturb neighboring displays. Sound projection should be confined to the limits of the booth. LIABILITY The vendor agrees that the exhibit shall be set and maintained throughout the duration of the conference in full compliance with the rules of this contract. SCL reserves the right to reject, eject, or prohibit any exhibit in whole or part, or any vendor or vendor representatives, with or without giving cause. As a contractual condition of exhibiting at a SCL Conference, a vendor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to the exhibit site, or for injuries to any person at the site that results from any act or omission of the exhibit. A vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SCL and its employees, the hotel site owners, managers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from vendor use of the property. A vendor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, or out of, or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or person, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees that arise from or out of the vendor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises of site location. As a contractual condition of exhibiting at a SCL Conference, SCL and its employees shall be held harmless for the possible loss of vendor equipment, merchandise, or other materials from a vendor’s display. SCL 2017 Annual Conference Vendor’s Indemnity Clause Vendors assume entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of, or damage to, vendor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises. Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless SCL’s employees and volunteers from any and all such losses, damages and claims. I have read and understand the Exhibit Guidelines and Indemnity Clause in full and agree to comply with all rules, regulations and guidelines stated above.
