The Jackson Hole Classical Academy (JHCA) Front Desk/Office Manager provides excellent

customer service to JHCA families and stellar administrative support to JHCA faculty and

staff. The Office Manager is often the face of the organization to families, visitors, faculty, and

staff and should present themselves each day accordingly.


Experience and desired qualities

  • 1-3 years office management, personal assistant, or school experience
  • Highly personable and customer-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite
  • Detail orientation with an exceptional level of accuracy
  • High-energy with an aptitude to problem solve and take initiative


The Front Desk/Office manager is further responsible handling inbound calls and emails,

the procurement of office supplies and the overall restocking of items in our academic

inventory. In addition, this position will assist students with basic first aid needs. The Front

Desk/Office manager will work closely with Academy’s Registrar, Finance department,

Marketing department, Dean of Faculty and Dean of Students on a variety of projects.
