Middle School English Teacher

The Covenant School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join the middle school faculty as a full-time Middle School English teacher for the 2021-2022 school year. Candidates should possess a mature Christian faith and an educational philosophy that is consistent with The Covenant School’s mission statement and Christian Liberal Arts & Sciences pedagogy. Qualified candidates will have a degree in English or related field and be able to demonstrate a love of literature, a commitment to teaching students the art of writing, and proficiency in English grammar instruction. Candidates must enjoy working with middle school-aged students and demonstrate the ability to inspire students’ love of learning and critical thinking, enthusiasm for professional growth and academic excellence, and an eagerness to share their Christian faith authentically in the context of their teaching.
