Trinitas Christian School is a Christ-centered, classical school in Pensacola, Florida. This twenty-two year old school is a well-established, highly respected institution and is one of only about fifty schools to receive accreditation through the Association of Classical Christian Schools.
We are seeking a well-qualified graduate of a quality classics program to teach high school Greek and Latin beginning in the fall of 2021 with the possibility of also teaching other humanities courses. Applicants should have a passion for classical languages and be comfortable reading at least some classical texts in their original language, which is the goal of our language program. Speaking the languages is a plus.
Discipleship goes hand-in-hand with a high academic standard in this covenantal model school. Mentoring and cultivating virtue in the next generation of God’s people is the point of our work. Classical languages give us access to a wealth of western thought that aids in the formation of virtuous Christian souls; therefore, seven years of Latin (3rd – 9th grades) and three years of Greek (10th – 12th grades) are not electives, but are part of the core curriculum at Trinitas.
Applicants must be able to sign and embrace our statement of faith. Trinitas Christian School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national or ethnic origin.
