Abstract: We put a lot of time and effort into making sure we hire the right people, and for good reason. But often we don’t spend the same energy on making sure new hires have a smooth transition and are prepared for their role. In this workshop, we will look at practical ways to enhance your onboarding process so that it is meaningful for faculty and staff, and beneficial for the school.
Ron Hoch is entering his sixth year as Head of School at Redeemer Classical School in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He holds degrees from Cairn University, Reformed Theological Seminary, and the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Julianna, have four children, three of whom are school aged. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
